1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck44cc ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ck44cc online casino and sports betting platform available at ck44cc.app and any associated mobile applications or services.

10 Account Termination & Suspension

Termination by ck44cc

ck44cc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, money laundering, or collusion

• Being under 18 years of age

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ck44cc will freeze the account balance during the investigation period. Termination by the Player
